- Jaclyn's parents are Larry and Terry Linetsky. - Jaclyn spent several summers as a camper at CBB, the last summer as an S.I.T. in 2002. - Before her death, Jaclyn lived in a suburb in Montreal called Hampstead. - She graduated in 2003 from St. George's High School as Valedictorian. - She was Jewish. - Known as Muffin to her family and friends. - Starred in many school productions at St. George's High School. - She was very close with her family and friends, her favorite things to do in her spare time was to spend time with them. - She had a dog who she loved very much, and who died a few years before the accident. - Her idol was Janet Jackson, she loved her music. - Jaclyn loved live theatre and to sing. When she was fourteen, she made a Christmas CD called "Caillou's Favorite Songs"
Cause Of Death
Jaclyn was killed in a tragic car accident on September 8th, 2003, along with co-worker Vadim Schneider, on their way to St. Cesaire to film the television show, 15/Love. Their car collided with a van. Vadim was killed instantly, while Jaclyn was rushed to the hospital, but died momentarily.
For many people, Jaclyn was more than just a girl you saw on TV, she was a daughter, a loving and caring friend, a role model, an inspiration, and a talented beautiful actress.
She will be dearly missed, by more than just her friends and family, but her fans and everybody's lives that she touched. We'll never forget her and we hope that she's smiling down upon us. |
